Welcome to Year 4, Silver Birch Class!

We have 30 kind, smiley and enthusiastic children in our class. We are always keen to chat and share our knowledge with others in our class and in the rest of the school. We are a wonderful team and work well together during lessons as well as outside of the classroom, during break time or PE sessions.

We are taught by Miss Acheson-Gray (Miss A-G), and Mrs Jordan is a 1:1 teaching assistant in our class.  

We have our PE session on a Tuesday afternoon, so please make sure to come to school in your PE kit - you will not be able to take part without it! 

We love to read in Silver Birch Class and have regular, whole-class conversations about the books that we are reading at the moment. We love giving recommendations to each other and searching our wonderful library for new and exciting things to read. Please make sure to read at home at least five times a week (seven, if possible), and don't forget to bring your school book and reading diary to school everyday. The more you read at home, the higher your chances are of being entered in the raffle - this is a big incentive, don't miss out!
