Guided reading
This week we are reading an exciting story called the Pack of Pompeii. Whilst the story is fiction (made up), some of the events in the story really did happen, almost 2000 years ago in Italy.
There are various options for you to choose from.
Firstly, please watch the video and read along with me. Then there are some questions to think about. Then there are three optional extension tasks:
1. A reading comprehension - available at 1*, 2* or 3* level
2. Re-read the first chapter of the e-book to yourself. You will need to go onto the webpage www.twinkl.co.uk and type 'Pack of Pompeii' ebook into the search bar.
3. There are some great colouring sheets from the story
