Dragon ‘Egg’perience
A mysterious object appeared overnight!
Everyone returned to school after lockdown 3.0 to find a mysterious object on the school playground. Something had built a nest and laid an egg - what could it be? This was an egg that was much bigger than we had EVER seen before and it was a beautiful silver and blue colour!
The children and staff spent days trying to work out what it could be, looking at clues and using their imagination! Over time, the egg began to crack and eventually cracked with a baby dragon appearing on the school CCTV!
It was fantastic speaking to the children and hearing all their wonderful ideas! Parents and children enjoyed coming to school each morning to see what had happened next and working on different activities in school such as news reports, instructions on how to care for a dragon and some lovely art.
