Christmas 2020
Christmas 2020 - a slightly different one!
This year, we find ourselves not being able to celebrate Christmas the way we usually do due to COVID so we had to think creatively about how we could celebrate as a community but in a safe way!
We had a wonderful virtual Advent Service over Zoom with the children sharing their learning about the different elements to Advent and they all hung their homemade decorations on their class trees.
Willow Class managed to put together a wonderful recording of the Nativity which parents and children were able to view and we had a wonderful Christmas Extravaganza in the school hall so children could purchase gifts for others and also take part in some Christmas games!
Finally, we all spent some time reflecting on our hopes for the future and every child and staff member hung their hopes onto our ‘Tree of Hope’.
