Welcome to Willow and Cherry! 

We are the reception classes where we learn through play.  The children are always busy exploring, discovering and learning through a carefully planned and delivered curriculum led by experienced staff.  We have a large garden which is an extension of our classroom and we use it all year.  We will still be busy outside even when it is raining! 

The children take part in daily phonics, reading and maths sessions, and love to develop their new-found knowledge through our 'Play Projects' which link to our topic and drive our wider learning.  Each week we will have a 'Create', 'Construct', 'Write' and 'Draw' play project linked to our book of the week.
